A group of us headed out to Salisbury wharf at Pilot Bay in the Mount to try our luck at fishing. We had a couple of fishing rods and some handlines too. Unfortunately we didn't catch anything but I did get some bites because my bait kept disappearing! Hopefully next time we will catch something.
We went to the tauranga citz club and socialized all afternoon with old and new friends. I had a drink and good chats with the table I was sitting at. I had a great afternoon!
Today we all went to the beach at maxwells road in Otumoetai. We set up chairs to relax in and also had games like tag, mega connect four, Velcro ball catch and walked along the beach. Then we came back to Wilrose and had a yummy bbq of sausages and mince patties that I helped make yesterday in discovery group. It was a super fun way to spend a Friday!
We did some funny races in sports this week - sack racing, egg n spoon racing and three legged racing too.
