Volunteering at the Rest Home

 I enjoyed visiting the residents at Fraser Manor Rest Home. We played a game and told each other jokes and riddles. 

Kayaking at Waimarino

 I had a great day ticking my goal off, kayaking at Waimarino. We played different games in the kayaks, which was really fun and afterwards I relaxed in the pool.

Volunteer Group

 I help out at the SPCA Op Shop, Foodbank, collect clothes for Clothes on Wheels and also do lots of different jobs around and for the centre.

Friendship and games

 I had a fun morning socialising with my friends over a few games of uno and asking each other questions from the question tin. 

Whanau Day

 I had a fun day at our Wilrose Whanau Day where our staff brought in their children and grandchildren. We played so many fun games, danced, sung songs and learnt moves to Te Reo songs, did some colouring in activities and ate a yummy sausage sizzle. 

Back at Ellendene farm

 I enjoyed going back out to Ellendene farm to see the horses. I met the new horse Ferrero rocher, he’s a stallion! I planted and watered some pumpkin seeds and helped to put the traps and trackers out in the bush.

SPCA Op Shop

 I am such a fantastic helper while volunteering at the SPCA Op Shop in Greerton. This week we sorted kids toys and boxed away winter shoes.
