I had a great time dressing up in my beautiful purple dress for the 2023 christmas party. There was some cool acts by circability,presents, dancing, music, lots of yummy food and ice creams from pied piper the ice cream man. It was a great day spent with friends.
I was happy to see that our Manuka seeds had sprouted into seedlings. I repotted some into bigger pots to give them more room to grow bigger and stronger. The girls and I also worked together to put the shade cloth on the tunnel house.
I enjoyed going up to the river at Whakamarama for a river swim. It was nice and refreshing because the weather was so muggy and humid. Im looking forward to swimming more in summer.
For discovery this week we went out to Ellendene farm where we did a bit of horse work. I love working with the horses!
I enjoyed my day with the girls in the discovery group, checking out all the amazing and delicious vegie seedlings they are growing at growers direct. We picked up some garden mix. I used my money skills to purchase some seed raising mix then lunch we got stuck in the garden raising our garden bed and sow some pohutukawa seeds.
